Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in selling welding equipment and consumables to B2B customers
• Strong technical knowledge of welding equipment, machines and consumables
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and sales activities

Aufgaben

• Develop and generate new business opportunities for welding equipment, machines and consumables
• Identify, qualify and develop new B2B customers through calls, emails, visits and other channels
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable welding equipment and consumables
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical presentations to customers
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals based on customer requirements
• Handle full sales cycle from enquiry to order closing and payment collection
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements
• Provide basic technical support and coordinate with service team for after-sales requirements
