Job summary

ahlibank SAOG in Muscat, Oman, seeks an experienced Wealth Management professional to develop and execute strategies for ABO clients, promoting investment products and driving cross-sell opportunities to increase AUM and sustainable fee income.

The role focuses on building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, delivering personalized investment advice, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards while advancing process improvements and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Wealth Management.
• Experience in selling insurance products is an added advantage.
• Catering to HNWI.
• Deep knowledge in asset classes (Mutual funds/Fixed Income/ETF/etc).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Wealth Management strategy for ABO clients.
• Promote new Wealth Management products and investment instruments.
• Drive wealth penetration and grow Assets Under Management (AUM).
• Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Apply a disciplined sales process to prospect, analyze needs, present solutions, and close.
• Deliver personalized advice and timely response to client queries.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Wealth Management products, markets and instruments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management policies.
• Document client meetings and sales activities for reporting.
• Drive process innovation and digitalization when needed.
• Governance and adherence to bank policies.
