Job description

The Wardrobe Supervisor at Rosewood AMAALA is responsible for managing the full uniform lifecycle for all associates across the resort, ensuring that grooming and presentation standards reflect Rosewood’s luxury positioning and brand identity. This role oversees uniform issuance, fitting, alterations, repairs, inventory control, storage, and replacement planning, ensuring seamless coordination between Talent & Culture, Housekeeping, Laundry, and departmental leaders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the full uniform lifecycle including sizing, fittings, alterations, repairs, replacements, and seasonal changes.
  • Oversee day-to-day wardrobe operations including uniform distribution, collection, tracking, and record maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of all uniforms, accessories, name badges, and related items.
  • Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained for new joiners, replacements, and pre-opening requirements.
  • Coordinate with Talent & Culture for new joiner onboarding to ensure uniforms are prepared prior to start date.
  • Work closely with Laundry and Housekeeping to ensure timely cleaning, pressing, and quality maintenance of uniforms.
  • Monitor grooming and uniform compliance standards across departments in line with Rosewood brand guidelines.
  • Conduct regular uniform audits and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
  • Manage uniform storage areas ensuring cleanliness, organization, and security.
  • Support uniform budgeting, cost control, and forecasting in collaboration with Talent & Culture and Finance.
  • Ensure proper documentation of uniform issuance and recovery during associate onboarding and exit processes.
  • Support sustainability initiatives through responsible uniform usage, repair programs, and waste reduction practices.
  • Ensure associates understand uniform care standards and brand presentation expectations.
  • Handle associate uniform queries, adjustments, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of associate measurements and personal information.
  • Partner with department heads to anticipate uniform requirements during peak seasons and operational changes.
  • Collaborate with Security and T&C during clearance processes to ensure uniform accountability during associate exit.
  • Lead and supervise wardrobe attendants or support staff, where applicable.
  • Promote Rosewood values and service culture through daily interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in wardrobe, uniform management, laundry operations, or related hospitality roles within luxury environments.
  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity preferred.
  • Experience in pre-opening or resort environments is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and inventory management capability.
  • Basic knowledge of fabric care, tailoring, alterations, and garment maintenance
