Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising and in-store brand presentation.
• Ability to develop floor plans and maximize display impact.
• Ability to train and coach store team for merchant-based VP tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate visual concepts to promote brand and products.
• Ensure brand identity and presentation standards are met in-store.
• Work closely with teams to increase sales and achieve commercial goals.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and in-store layout guides.
• Take photographs of every change in merchandise displays to document updates.
• Utilize creative lighting to enhance window displays and overall presentation.
• Maximize placement of new lines and re-merchandise as trends emerge.
• Create store layouts by category to optimize flow and sales.
• Ensure proper merchandising of items to support commercial goals.
• Collect feedback on merchandise to inform future displays.

Job description

Position Objective

Develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts and promote the brand, products and services in-store. Train and coach the store team to perform merchant based VP and manage the daily, weekly and seasonal VP tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Image - Ensure that the brand identity and presentation standards in both windows and in store are achieved consistently by creating eye catching displays whilst incorporating commercial sales opportunities.

• Implements the brand specific visual merchandising standards
• Coordinating store display in line with brand guidelines and strategy
• Developing floor plans and maximizing visual impact
• Arranging merchandise, signage, fixtures and in-store layout guide
• Taking photographs of every change done in the merchandise display
• Using creative lighting for windows
• Maximizing placement of new lines, re‑merchandising the store when new trends build
• Creating layout of the store according to its categories
• Ensuring proper merchandising of items
• Collecting review and feedback of the merchandise

Other Responsibilities

• Working closely with the operations and brand management team to increase sales
• Working with VM Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals
• Involving in pre‑opening of the stores and timely visits to ensure brand standards are properly implemented and followed
• Conducting research of current market trends and lifestyle
