Temporary Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Restaurant Manager to join our team in Muscat. As a Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, maintaining inventory and supplies, and handling customer concerns.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 12 pass level

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning
• Train and manage staff to maintain high levels of customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
