Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barista or similar role.
• Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency in drink quality.
• Take customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop including wiping tables, washing dishes, and sanitizing equipment.
• Handle cash transactions with customers using POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Stock shelves with supplies such as cups, napkins, and condiments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
