Job summary

Jing Hau in Salalah is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Salalah. You will operate heavy machinery to excavate, move and grade earth according to project plans, while performing routine maintenance and ensuring safety compliance.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years experience, a valid heavy equipment license, and the ability to read project plans. Fluency in English is preferred; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Excavator Operator.
• Valid operator's license for heavy equipment.
• Ability to read project plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of excavation techniques and safety regulations.
• Good communication in English (Arabic a plus).

Responsibilities

• Operate excavator to excavate, move and grade earth according to plans.
• Inspect equipment before use and ensure good condition.
• Perform routine maintenance: cleaning, lubricating, greasing.
• Monitor fuel levels and replenish as needed.
• Follow safety regulations at all times.
• Report equipment malfunctions or damage to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
