Job summary

Saudi Telecom Company seeks a Professional to develop and manage the annual Authorities management plan, aligning with regulatory policies and SLAs. The role covers governance, enactment needs, and stakeholder coordination within the group.

Responsibilities include maintaining authorities methodology, publishing related materials, and leading awareness initiatives while coordinating with sector teams and subsidiaries. 0–2 years in authorities management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stc’s authorities methodology, standards and enactment approach.
• Develop the annual authorities management plan in coordination with the sectors’ authorities teams, and ensure adherence to the agreed plans & SLAs.
• Manage end to end the process of developing all stc types of Authorities, in close coordination with all relevant stakeholders in regards to Operational Authorities.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries governance to identify the group decision rights, and support the group alignment initiatives.
• Identify all enactment needs (Digital, Awareness) and coordinate with the sectors’ authorities teams & Documentation Governance for the needed support.
• Maintain and ensure the publication of all stc authorities related to Operational Authorities through the Governance Portal
• Develop and maintain a Operational Authorities Dashboard, and provide periodic reports to the management.
• Lead all authorities awareness initiatives, and follow up with sectors’ authorities team for their specific enactment and awareness activities.
