Responsibilities

• Prepare client invoices.
• Coordinate with Surveying Engineer for land coordinates and site measurements.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings with project consultant.
• Prepare RFIs for missing/unclear technical matters.
• Update shop drawing log and review BOQ against project specs.
• Prepare subcontractors’ invoices for small projects.
• Study project contract documents (time schedule, drawings, BOQ).
• Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.
