GP Solution is seeking a TA Planning Manager for an oil and gas shutdown project in Oman. You will lead planning and coordination of talent acquisition activities for major shutdowns, ensuring timelines, safety, and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has a BE in Mechanical Engineering, 12–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical plants, and 3–5 major TA execution experiences as a TA Planning Manager, with Gulf-country shutdown exposure.
