Job summary

Gnsbusiness is seeking an experienced procurement specialist in Muscat to manage purchase orders and ensure parts availability. The role requires expertise in procurement, specifically 10+ years of handling parts in the GCC region.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma, SAP MM module exposure, and in-depth knowledge of the Oman market, customs processes, and freight forwarding.

Qualifications

• 10+ years parts procurement handling experience.
• Procurement experience at least 5 years in GCC.

• Purchase Order Management.
• Ensure parts availability as per Planning team request.
• Principal co-ordination & Payment support co-ordination with Finance team.
• SAP Transaction Management.
• Coordination – Customs & Transporters / Freight Forwarders.
