Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Strategy Manager to lead the design, analysis, and execution of the corporate strategy across the group's three business sectors. This founding role operationalizes the strategic framework and translates executive direction into structured analysis, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes.

The role owns the analytical backbone of the organization, shaping how strategy is developed, cascaded, and tracked beyond a predefined process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
6–8 years in corporate strategy or strategic planning, with some leadership.
Experience building Balanced Scorecard and OKR frameworks.
Advanced financial modeling and strategic analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Leads corporate strategic analysis across market, competitor, financial, and internal capability assessments.
Builds and maintains Balanced Scorecard and OKR cascade across levels.
Manages strategic initiative portfolio: prioritization, business case reviews, and ROI tracking.
Prepares monthly/quarterly strategic performance reports and reviews.
Ensures quality and consistency of analytical output.
Serves as liaison between Strategy & Transformation office and sector leadership.
