• Lead procurement activities to support project delivery and purchasing.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain for each purchase order, ensuring contract compliance.
• Guide sourcing and logistics personnel, strengthening process discipline and efficiency.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies supporting contracting, sourcing, logistics, expediting, inventory, and preservation.
