Larsen & Toubro Limited in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Supply and Procurement Manager to lead procurement for water and effluent projects. You will source materials, manage RFQs, and drive supplier relationships to meet project schedules.

The role requires 10-20 years experience and a BTech degree, with hands-on negotiation and contract management. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely deliveries.

Competenze

• Experience in end-to-end procurement processes for water and wastewater projects.
• Ability to source, evaluate vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Knowledge of RFQs, tendering, and supplier selection.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services for water and wastewater projects.
• Manage RFQs, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, PO issuance, and contract management.
• Identify and qualify suppliers for pumps, valves, pipes, fittings, and related systems.
• Ensure timely procurement to support project schedules.
• Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality, delivery, cost, and service.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, and contracts.
• Develop supplier KPIs and conduct periodic reviews.
• Resolve supplier disputes and contractual issues effectively.
