• Ability to translate complex financial/ESG information into clear messaging.
• Proven track record in preparing investor materials and disclosures.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English for business writing and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of IR and stakeholder management strategy.
• Build relationships with investors, analysts, rating agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards and reports for internal and external audiences.
• Manage financial plans, budgets, and capital-market disclosures.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to translate market insights into strategy.
• Ensure timely, accurate monthly and periodic reporting and governance.
