Job summary

Gender seeks a Principal Investor Relations and Stakeholders Management leader to develop and execute IR strategies, ensuring transparent communication with investors, analysts, and external stakeholders to enhance shareholder value.

The role coordinates capital market disclosures, manages investor engagement initiatives, and delivers strategic insights to senior leadership while aligning IR with ESG principles and governance practices.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification is a bachelor s degree in finance, Business & Marketing.
Language Excellent in reading, writing, and speaking English Language (Required), Arabic Language is desired.
10-12+ years of relevant experience, preferable previous experiences working in oil and gas company.
3+ years experiences working in corporate finance and/or capital market environment.
Have a good capability to analyse and interpret consolidated financial statements.
Experienced in developing high-quality management reports and investor-focused presentations.
Able to act as coordinator for multiple team (internal and external).
Solid understanding of sustainability and ESG-related topics and frameworks.
Have knowledge to evaluate business plans and sustainability indicators.
Familiar with capital market expectations, corporate governance practices, and investor engagement strategies.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead Investor Relations and Stakeholder Management and oversee external communications.
Prepare capital market disclosures, press releases, annual reports, and investor packs.
Maintain investor relations website, collateral, and presentations for outreach.
Develop competitor/peer analyses and identify shareholders/bondholders.
Coordinate annual IR calendar and targeting plans with external advisors and internal teams.
Prepare capital markets literature and roadshow materials; support roadshows and investor meetings.
Engage with buy-side/sell-side analysts and respond to ad hoc queries.
Monitor analyst forecasts and research, and support IR planning/budgeting.
Liaise with rating agencies and organize investor conferences and events.
Produce regular reports and maintain investor data base for executive management.
