Job summary

Müller's Solutions is seeking a dedicated Change Management Consultant to lead and support organizational change initiatives in Oman. You will work with stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions and drive adoption of new processes, systems, and strategies.

The role involves developing tailored change management plans, conducting impact assessments, and executing communication and training programs that align with project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in change management roles, preferably on large projects.
• Experience with Prosci or ACMP certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Engage stakeholders to assess readiness and manage resistance.
• Design and execute communication plans to inform and engage stakeholders.
• Coordinate training needs assessments and training sessions.
• Monitor adoption and adjust change activities based on feedback.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change activities.
• Coach leaders and managers to effectively drive change.
