Job summary

Siraty in Oman seeks an entry-level Accountant to support payables, budgeting, and reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting and 0-2 years of experience. ACCA is preferable. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will help process supplier invoices, monitor budgets, and generate regular financial reports for management. Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software is expected to support a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is required.
• 0-2 years of similar accounting experience preferred.
• ACCA certification is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Payables & Credit – prepare suppliers’ invoices, ensure registration and computation accuracy, prepare payment certificates and allocate as per cost codes.
• Budgeting – assist in preparation of the annual budget, monitor variances and ensure commitment control.
• Internal controls – manage invoices, payments for materials/services/projects, monitor prepaid accounts and resolve queries.
• Reports – generate regular reports on payables, receivables and other metrics for management.
