Job summary

Zohorecruit in Muscat, Oman, seeks a storekeeper to manage receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods, with 1–2 years of storekeeping experience and a diploma. You will lead stock control, data entry, and ensure daily stock levels align with product MBQs.

Key responsibilities include maintaining stock accuracy, generating regular reports, and coordinating with other departments and customers. ERP familiarity and Excel knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations
• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with Excel and inventory systems is a plus
• ERP experience would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods
• Manage stock receipts, stock control, processing orders and stock accuracy
• Maintain stock control systems and update daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment
• Communicate with other departments, staff groups and customers
• Respond to internal and external customer communications via email and telephone
• Ensure product and budget targets are met and KPIs achieved
• Carry out duties as directed by warehouse management
• Adhere to company quality and food safety policies

Job Description

a. Managing over alloperation, the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery ofgoods, shipment loading and transferring, document recording and data entryinto system.

b. Manage and perform stocks receipts, stock control,

processing orders, and stock accuracy.

c. Keeping stock control systems up to date.

d. Ensure daily stock levels are maintained as per theproduct

MBQ’s.

e. Communicating with other departments, staff’s groups,

and customers.

f. Responding and dealing with internal & externalcustomer

communication by email and telephone.

g. Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives &product

targets are met.

h. Ensuring self and departmental KPI’s are met.

i. Ensuring warehouse operations as per the standardoperating procedures.

j. Producing regular reports on a daily, weekly, and monthlybasis.

k. Ensuring the health and safety, cleanliness, and security

of the work environment in line with HSE & QC standards.

l. Carry out the duties as per the directions from warehouse

management.

m. Adhering to company’s quality & food safety policies.
