Job summary

Lucid Motors Middle East is searching for a Senior Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Manager in Al Buraymi Governorate, Oman. You will lead the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of our cloud infrastructure. This role combines technical leadership with team management, ensuring systems availability while empowering SRE engineers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• 2–4 years managing or leading SRE/DevOps engineers.
• Strong hands-on experience with OCI and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead SRE practices for cloud infrastructure.
• Manage a team of SRE engineers providing guidance.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of cloud services.
