Job summary

OCS Infotech seeks an experienced MSSP/SOC leader to drive 24x7 security operations, incident response and proactive threat management for enterprise customers. You will shape the SOC service catalog, pricing, and lead a team of analysts while partnering with sales, PM and engineering to design solutions and win engagements.

Responsibilities include mentoring L1–L3 analysts, ensuring ISO 27001/PCI DSS compliance, developing staffing plans, and delivering executive dashboards and monthly SOC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, information security or IT.
• CISSP/CISM/GIAC/GSEC/ISACA certifications preferred.
• Vendor certifications (Fortinet, Microsoft, Palo Alto, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading MSSP/SOC and 24x7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 MSSP/SOC operations and incident response.
• Define SOC service catalog, pricing, and governance.
• Mentor L1–L3 SOC analysts, engineers and architects.
• Drive partner certifications and customer engagement.
• Deliver monthly SOC reports and executive dashboards.
