Job summary

MADI International in Oman seeks a commercially driven Sales Educator – Skincare to blend skincare expertise with sales skills. You will lead hands-on facial demonstrations, promote professional products, and build salon and spa accounts across Oman.

The role requires Skin Therapist experience, strong product knowledge, and a proven ability to convert demonstrations into orders. English fluency is required, Arabic is a plus, with travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Skin Therapist, with hands-on expertise in facials, professional skincare treatments, and skin analysis.
• Sales experience in Oman within skincare, salon, spa or aesthetics.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, protocols and application techniques.
• Experience conducting facial demonstrations and converting them into sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on facial demonstrations and professional skincare treatments to showcase product benefits, protocols, and results.
• Drive sales through technical product knowledge, demo-led selling, and value-based negotiations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with salons, spas, skincare professionals, and existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the skincare brand portfolio across accounts.
• Convert demonstrations and client consultations into confirmed orders and repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales, brand-specific, and collection targets.
• Promote new launches, promotions, focus products, and approved offers.
• Conduct regular client visits and maintain territory coverage.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, sharing insights with management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Education, Marketing and Brand teams to execute brand strategies.

About The Role

MADI International is looking for a commercially driven Sales Educator – Skincare to join our team in Oman. This role is ideal for a qualified Skin Therapist with hands-on experience in facial treatments and a strong background in sales. The successful candidate will combine technical skincare expertise with sales capabilities to deliver professional demonstrations, develop salon and spa accounts, introduce skincare brands and products, and drive sales growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on facial demonstrations and professional skincare treatments to showcase product benefits, protocols, and results.
• Drive sales through technical product knowledge, demo-led selling, and value-based negotiations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with salons, spas, skincare professionals, and existing clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Skin Therapist, with hands-on expertise in facials, professional skincare treatments, and skin analysis.
• Previous sales experience in Oman, preferably within the skincare, professional beauty, salon, spa, or aesthetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of professional skincare products, ingredients, treatment protocols, and product application techniques.
• Experience conducting facial demonstrations and converting them into sales.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, develop accounts, and generate new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Professional certification or a diploma in skincare, aesthetics, or beauty therapy is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Oman for client visits, demonstrations, and training sessions.
