MADI International in Oman is seeking a Professional Educator – Skin / Skin Therapist to lead skincare training and educate beauty professionals. You will share technical expertise, demonstrate treatments, and tailor educational content to diverse audiences.

The role requires hands-on skincare experience, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel for local training sessions with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Skin Therapist, Skincare Specialist, Esthetician, or similar skincare role.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, skin types, and face treatments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; able to deliver training effectively.

Responsabilités

• Conduct professional training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations on skincare products, treatments, protocols, and application techniques.
• Educate beauty professionals, salon and spa teams, and customers on skincare routines, ingredients, product benefits, and treatment recommendations.
• Demonstrate professional skin treatments and application techniques per product guidelines and safety standards.
• Provide skincare consultations and skin analysis, recommending suitable products and treatments based on individual needs.
• Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and educational resources for different audiences.
• Support the sales team through product education, technical guidance, and training initiatives to drive knowledge and sales.
• Stay updated on skincare trends, innovations, and industry best practices.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and improve programs accordingly.
• Build strong relationships with clients and beauty professionals while representing MADI International and brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations on skincare products, treatments, protocols, and application techniques.


• Educate beauty professionals, salon and spa teams, and customers on skincare routines, ingredients, product benefits, and treatment recommendations.


• Demonstrate professional skin treatments and application techniques in accordance with product guidelines and safety standards.


• Provide skincare consultations and skin analysis, recommending suitable products and treatments based on individual skin needs.


• Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and educational resources tailored to different audiences.


• Support the sales team through product education, technical guidance, and training initiatives that drive product knowledge and sales performance.


• Stay updated on skincare trends, innovations, treatment techniques, and industry best practices.


• Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously enhance educational programs.


• Build strong relationships with clients and beauty professionals while representing MADI International and its partner brands professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Skin Therapist, Skincare Specialist, Esthetician, or in a similar professional skincare role.


• Strong practical knowledge of skincare products, skin types, skin concerns, facial treatments, and professional application techniques.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and explain technical skincare concepts clearly.


• Fluent in bothArabic and English.


• Energetic, professional, and passionate about skincare, beauty, and education.


• Willingness to travel locally for training sessions and client visits, as required.


• Flexibility to work according to training schedules and business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or diploma in skincare, aesthetics, beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field.


• Previous experience as a Professional Educator, Beauty Trainer, or Skincare Trainer.


• Experience working with professional skincare brands, salons, spas, or aesthetic clinics.


• Familiarity with training presentations, digital learning tools, and educational content development.


• Knowledge of skincare brands and professional beauty industry trends in Oman and the wider GCC.
