Job summary

Smart vision technical services LLC seeks a Site Supervision – Project Execution professional to lead interior fit-out and civil construction on site in Muscat. You will supervise daily activities, ensure work per drawings and schedules, and coordinate MEP, carpentry, gypsum, ceilings, flooring and finishing.

You will enforce HSE guidelines, conduct toolbox talks, report delays and site issues, manage subcontractors and material deliveries, and maintain compliance with Oman safety standards to

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant technical field.
• NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA or equivalent safety credentials are preferred.
• 3–7 years of proven site supervision, execution and HSE experience in interior fit-out/renovation/civil construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out renovation and construction projects.
• Ensure works are executed per approved drawings, specifications, project schedules and site instructions.
• Direct and monitor MEP, carpentry, joinery, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting and finishing works.
• Coordinate different trades to maintain work sequencing, avoid delays, clashes and rework.
• Monitor daily progress and report delays and site issues to the Project Manager.
