Job summary

BrightHire in Muscat Oman is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee all phases of large-scale projects from planning through completion. You will lead site teams, manage budgets, schedules, and safety compliance while coordinating with architects, engineers and clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, has proven construction management experience, and excels in leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of construction management processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with Oman building codes and permitting processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules and budgets.
• Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards.
