Job summary

IMD COMPANY LLC is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee construction activities at the project site, ensuring work aligns with design, specs, and safety standards. You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to keep milestones on track within budget and schedule.

The role requires a Civil/Construction/MEP degree and 2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience, with strong knowledge of construction methods and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Eng, Construction Eng, or MEP-related field.
• 2–5 years of site supervision or execution experience.
• Familiar with construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve technical issues.
• Interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for site implementation.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure construction meets design requirements.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower for timely execution of work.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation such as work permits, inspection logs, and material records.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and handover documentation.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies at the site.
• Support the preparation of cost estimates, work schedules, and procurement requirements.
