Job summary

Experience is seeking a Site Engineer - Civil (Permit Applicant Position) with 8+ years in oil & gas to provide detailed civil input across all design phases. You will interface with multiple disciplines, support design offices, and evaluate bids for materials and equipment sourcing.

Applicants should hold a Civil engineering degree (Diploma and Bachelors) and be PC literate, with strong organization and team leadership capabilities to drive engineering excellence on site in Oman.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum 8 years oil & gas engineering experience for engineers.
• Must be PC literate and well organized.
• Demonstrate sound general management skills across work areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed engineering input during all design phases, interfacing with disciplines.
• Support design/drawing office personnel with specialist input.
• Prepare requisitions and technical bid evaluation for discipline material and equipment sourcing.
• Review third‑party discipline design work and ensure packages meet safety and environmental standards.
• Lead and participate in discipline design reviews and provide engineering support to construction and operations.
