Qualifications

Strong analytical, strategic planning and cross-functional leadership skills.
Experience in IP mapping, competitive analysis and risk management for R&D projects.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Assess and align R&D programs with long-term business objectives for competitive differentiation.
Lead market validation of use cases and value propositions for emerging tech.
Develop commercialization plans including IP exploitation and make-vs-buy analysis.
Build external technology partnerships to accelerate R&D outcomes.
Develop business cases and techno-economic evaluations for decision-making.
Prepare materials for stage-gate reviews with strategy options and risk assessments.
Ensure alignment across technology, business and project management teams.
