Job summary

Worley is seeking a highly experienced Construction leader to oversee site activities on large Oil & Gas projects, including compliance with Aramco standards.

With a minimum of 15 years in construction and at least 5 years in a senior site leadership role, you will manage teams, coordinate contractors, and drive HSE excellence while delivering on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 15+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in a senior site leadership role on large Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience on Saudi Aramco projects with knowledge of Aramco standards and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management with commitment to HSE excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all site construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution.
• Coordinate daily work activities between contractors, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress against schedule and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and project HSE requirements at all times.
• Resolve construction issues and coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Planning, and Client representatives.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and safety reviews.
• Support project closeout activities, including punch list completion and handover to the client.
