Job summary

Galfar Engg. & Contracting SAOG in Muscat seeks an experienced Senior Site Civil/Mechanical Engineer to lead field execution on roads and highways projects. You will manage manpower, equipment, and materials while ensuring PQP compliance and coordinating with project directors and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and a strong track record in HSE, QC, and schedule alignment with project plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in roads and highways construction.
• Experience with PQP, procedures, work instructions and QC plans.

Responsibilities

• Ensure PQP, procedures and QC plans are available on site.
• Assess manpower, equipment and resources to meet milestone dates.
• Coordinate with staff and execute work per schedule and specifications.
• Ensure daily adherence to HSE requirements at site.
• Coordinate procurement activities and availability of materials.
