Job summary
Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you seeks a Rig Superintendent for Kuwait with extensive oilfield leadership experience. You will oversee drilling operations, manage rigs, ensure HSE compliance, and coordinate subcontractors to protect assets and maximise profitability.
You will build client relationships on-site, drive cost efficiency, and mentor drilling crews while upholding safety culture. A high school diploma or technical drilling qualification is preferred; IWCF/IADC
Qualifications
- Experience in the oil field and drilling operations.
- Proven track record leading multiple drilling crews.
- Hands-on experience in wellbore operations and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety leadership.
- Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee drilling operations and well completion to optimize efficiency.
- Manage rig performance, profitability, and operational integrity.
- Ensure quality assurance and HSE compliance; lead safety initiatives.
- Supervise drilling crews and subcontractors; manage training.
- Coordinate rig logistics and external support services.
- Serve as primary on-site contact for clients; build relationships.
