Responsibilities

• Manage rig performance, profitability, and operational integrity.
• Uphold quality assurance standards and lead safety initiatives across operations.
• Supervise and train drilling crews and subcontractors; manage personnel development.
• Coordinate rig logistics, supply chains, and external support services.
• Serve as primary on-site liaison with clients and address stakeholder needs.
