Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee drilling operations and well completion activities for assigned rigs.
• Manage rig performance, profitability, and operational integrity.
• Ensure quality assurance and HSE compliance across operations.
• Lead, motivate, and train drilling crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate rig logistics, supply chains, and support services.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for clients and stakeholders.
