You will lead efforts to ensure compliance with contractual and quality standards, working closely with various teams and stakeholders to foster a strong quality culture.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and proven experience managing quality in large-scale projects. A inclusive environment is promoted, and flexible working options exist.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Manager on large scale infrastructure or major roads projects.
• Chartered or working toward professional accreditation is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and processes.

• Lead the development and implementation of the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and applicable standards.
• Manage quality assurance and quality control across multiple areas.
