Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Railway, metro, or major infrastructure project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor project QA/QC procedures per specs and standards.
• Review ITPs, Method Statements, and quality docs.
• Conduct site inspections for civil, structural, trackwork and railway works.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and site teams to resolve issues.
• Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Monitor material inspections, testing, and site QA records.
• Prepare QA/QC reports and maintain documentation.
