Qualifications

• 2 years of Oman experience in public/government sectors on information projects, tax domain and messaging.
• Experience delivering software/technology projects.
• Experience in time and product/project management.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Vendor management experience.
• Domain understanding related to articles/documents.
