Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries seeks a Senior Project Manager for Saudi Arabia/Al-Khobar to lead end-to-end customer projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring cost, schedule, quality, EHS and customer satisfaction. You will actively steer planning, execution and governance, while managing risks, changes and contractual impacts.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in solution or automation project execution.
Fully accountable project management experience across medium to large projects.
Strong skills in risk, change and contract management.

Responsibilities

Manage customer projects end-to-end across the full lifecycle, including cost, schedule, quality, EHS, and customer satisfaction.
Steer project planning, execution, monitoring, and control per PM@Siemens standards.
Identify and mitigate risks, opportunities, changes and claims with commercial impact awareness.
Coordinate cross-functional and regional project teams, including engineering centers, partners and subcontractors.
Support proposals, contract clarifications and customer discussions with project execution know-how.
