Job summary

Air Products seeks a Senior Process Controls Engineer to coordinate maintenance-related process control activities across ASU, HYCO, CO2 production and related facilities. You will work with Maintenance, Operations and Engineering to maintain safe, reliable operations and optimize control strategies.

Reporting to Engineering Manager, you will lead technical support, plan preventive and corrective actions, perform SIL assessments, and support plant construction, commissioning and improvements

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions and lead execution planning for plant instrumentation and process-control systems, including DCS and PLCs.
• Lead and manage maintenance activities for safe, reliable operation and continuous improvement across BHIG facilities.
• Develop and maintain instrumentation standards, control strategies, and lifecycle documentation; support MOC and OPHR processes.
• Interface with Process Engineering to identify gaps and implement improved controls for productivity targets.
