Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Demonstrable experience in at least one private-market discipline.
• MBA, MSc or related postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop private-market opportunities with sponsors, asset managers and counterparties.
• Lead or coordinate underwriting including financial modelling, valuation and sensitivity analysis.
• Coordinate due diligence across legal, financial, tax, technical, operational and ESG aspects.
• Review terms, governance rights, fees, liquidity provisions and documentation.
• Prepare decision-ready investment papers and monitor portfolio assets against plans.
