Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Engineer to lead project planning across major road and infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. You will develop and optimize the Master Schedule with Primavera P6, review baselines, monitor progress, and forecast completion dates while guiding risk assessments and EOT submissions.

The role requires 15+ years in infrastructure planning, expert Primavera P6 skills, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
15+ years in planning, scheduling on major infrastructure projects.
Expert in Primavera P6 with strong MS Project knowledge.
Strong project controls, earned value, and forecasting skills.
Experience with delay analysis and EOT submissions.
Leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize Master Schedule using Primavera P6 aligned to scope and milestones.
Review contractor baselines for sequencing and resource loading; justify changes.
Monitor progress, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions.
Forecast completion dates and prepare mitigation/recovery plans.
Lead schedule risk assessments and EOT support analyses.
Create dashboards and executive reports on schedule performance.
Collaborate with PMs, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve conflicts.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards; mentor team.
