Job summary

ACWA Power Oman is seeking a maintenance planning and outage management professional to drive cluster-level maintenance strategies and improve asset reliability. The role focuses on aligning PM activities with corporate guidelines, optimizing outages, and coordinating with finance, SCM, and site teams to ensure efficient resource use.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering background with 7–10 years in power/utilities, strong planning skills, and experience in performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Power/Utilities sector preferred.
• Strong communication and planning abilities required.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and outage management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report cluster KPIs monthly, quarterly and yearly, identify variances and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare and circulate the cluster monthly MIS report; highlight KPI achievements.
• Address audit observations related to work planning and processes and ensure timely closure.
