Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer for its Saudi site offices. You will develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and perform delay/risk analyses to ensure timely delivery of large-scale mixed-use, residential, and commercial developments.

The role requires close collaboration with clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements while supporting change management and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Primavera P6 certification or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years' experience in Planning and Controls for large-scale projects.
• Baseline programme reviews, progress monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review contractors' baseline schedules for compliance with contract milestones.
• Monitor progress against baselines and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules and resource plans.
• Analyze schedule risks and critical paths; support EOT assessments.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reports and schedule performance analyses.
• Coordinate with engineers, managers, and clients to validate data.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports with executive summaries.
