AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Design Manager (Mechanical) to lead the mechanical engineering design across projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with codes and standards.

You will oversee multidisciplinary coordination, manage design schedules and budgets, mentor engineers, review deliverables, and interface with clients and authorities on technical matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) is desirable.
• 10-15 years of mechanical design leadership experience.

The role oversees multidisciplinary coordination, design quality, resource planning, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
