Job summary

Namasys Analyticsis the lead in a national Oman programme, seeking an Oracle SOA & Middleware Developer Expert to design, develop, and support Oracle WebCenter solutions, SOA-based services, and complex middleware integrations. You will work onsite on a large-scale public financial management system, collaborating across teams to ensure robust, scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8-10 years hands-on Oracle WebCenter, SOA and middleware experience.
• Strong knowledge of WebCenter components, workflows, and content integrations.
• Proficiency in Oracle SOA Suite and service orchestration.
• Java/J2EE, XML/XSD, XSLT, REST/SOAP, and middleware technology expertise.
• WebLogic Server administration, deployment, tuning, clustering, and HA.
• Oracle certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support WebCenter portals and content solutions.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP services and SOA integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable message processing.
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and retries.
• Administer WebLogic Server, performance tuning, and high availability.
• Integrate middleware with Oracle EBS, Hyperion, and external systems.
• Produce technical runbooks and provide mentoring to teams.
