Bechtel Corporation is seeking an Operational Risk Manager responsible for overseeing risk at the Jubail compounds, collaborating with Royal Commission Security, and conducting various risk management duties.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma with over a decade of relevant experience in Security or Risk. Strong communication skills and the ability to work across diverse teams are essential.

• Experience in Security, Risk, Military Service, or a related field.
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization.
• Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions quickly.

Responsabilités

• Supervises risk activities at the Bechtel Project and Jobsite.
• Informs management of major accomplishments, issues, and concerns.
• Develops and maintains close relationships with law enforcement and security agencies.

Connaissances

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to lead a team

Problem-solving competency

Expertise in conducting threat assessments

Experience with CCTV and alarm systems

Formation

Any degree/diploma with 10–13 years of experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience
