Job summary

SLB seeks a senior Construction Manager to lead site construction activities, coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams, and drive on-time delivery with a strong safety-first culture.

You will oversee subcontractor management, develop detailed schedules, and ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations across the site construction phase of oil & gas EPCC projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
15+ years industry experience in oil & gas EPCC projects.
Proven leadership and mobilization skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead construction activities with a safety-first culture.
Ensure compliance with regulations and permits, environmental and safety standards.
Develop detailed construction sequences and schedules to optimize on-site efficiency.
Manage site supervision team and mobilize subcontractors per schedule.
Act as principal client liaison for on-site issues and meetings.
Plan and coordinate construction activities to meet deadlines.
Monitor scope of work against client requirements and subcontractor execution.
Provide inputs to Project Contract Manager and review VORs per MOC.
Ensure adherence to SLB Procedures and Guidelines.
Conduct weekly construction review meetings with Client and subcontractors and document outcomes.
