PhazeRo in Oman is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead AI-driven product development from ideation to implementation. You will connect clients, technical teams, and leadership to turn business needs into actionable requirements and measurable value.

This client-facing role requires presenting to senior leadership, shaping opportunities, and translating objectives into concrete deliverables while maintaining clear communication and delivery discipline across teams.

Qualifications

• Around six years of experience in product management or related roles, including hands-on work with AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear requirements and deliverables.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and guiding clients through feasible AI deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product and delivery lifecycle for AI solutions, from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Translate client needs into technically achievable requirements and align with objectives.
• Lead BRD development, scope, use cases, workflows, dependencies, and acceptance criteria with client and internal teams.
• Define product requirements, roadmaps, user stories, priorities, and delivery plans for engineering and data science teams.
• Manage project delivery, milestones, timelines, risks, and client inputs across multiple stakeholders.
• Own the UAT process from planning to client sign-off with defined acceptance criteria.
