Job summary

Kinetic Business Solutions in Oman is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to install, service and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites. You will lead technical support across an assigned territory and coordinate installations, training and resources.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years’ field service experience in medical devices, and is fluent in Arabic and English. Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Degree required in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ field service experience in medical devices, healthcare or life sciences.
• Willingness to travel for on-site customer support.
• Driver's license required.
• Excellent Arabic and English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites.
• Lead technical support activities across an assigned territory.
• Resolve technical issues and customer complaints efficiently.
• Support service revenue through Service Agreements, preventive maintenance and spare parts.
• Coordinate installations, training and service resources.
• Maintain technical documentation, tools and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure equipment and tools are maintained and calibrated.
• Mentor and support Service Engineers with technical repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor service performance and support the achievement of service targets.
