Job summary

Masar Petroleum seeks a Chief Mechanic to lead maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical equipment including compressors, prime movers, pumps, motors, and engines. You will oversee HVAC and plumbing systems, ensure reliability, and collaborate across engineering teams.

The role requires 8–10+ years in mechanical systems, a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, and a PE license is preferred. You will mentor the team, review shop drawings, and drive standards and best practices on

Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience in Mechanical Systems (HVAC & Plumbing).
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Licensed Professional Engineer certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair prime movers and engines.
Maintain and repair two stage and four stage gas/air compressors, heat exchangers and air dryers.
Replace regulators and all valves in air system.
Repair pneumatic pipe hoisting and handling equipment.
Assist other departments in equipment maintenance, repair or operation.
Work closely with other engineers, designers, and technicians to meet deadlines.
Lead, mentor and support mechanical team.
Perform all engineering analysis and develop quality design for projects.
