Qualifications

• 20–30 years of experience in construction and project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects in Oman, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Proven expertise in marine construction, dredging, piling, and offshore works, with a strong focus on project delivery and quality.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and international quality regulations.
• Lead risk management initiatives and implement effective cost-control strategies.
• Manage contracts, subcontractors, and stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and direction to project teams to achieve operational excellence.
